Overview
The Firestone’s Centre for Chronic Lung disease is a constellation of highly trained personnel, infrastructure in cellular and lung imaging, and biobanked samples and patient meta-data. Our vision is that we will prevent exacerbations, discover the causes of, and develop treatments for, chronic lung disease by combining clinical and scientific insight, retrospective and prospective biospecimens and patient metadata, with world class equipment and data analytics expertise. We collaborate with internal and external parties to forward our goal of living in a world without chronic lung disease.
