The PURR educational brochures provide information and instructional guides, and are prepared by members of our healthcare team and our community partners in care. Topics are related to various lung diseases and are arranged in alphabetical order. Videos presentations by Firestone Institute for Respiratory Health (FIRH) faculty about lung-related topics are available to you to review. Videos on various topics were also created for the McMaster Demystifying Medicine Seminar Series. This translational seminar series is designed to help increase the understanding of how advances in biology can be applied to human disease, and include presentations of patients, pathology, diagnosis and therapy in the context of major disease problems and current research.
