Firestone Trainees Receive 1st Place Awards at the Canadian Respiratory Research Network Annual General Meeting
Two of our Firestone trainees have received first place awards at the Canadian Respiratory Research Network Annual General Meeting.
Anusha Mappanasingam, who works alongside Dr. Sarah Svenningsen, won first place for her lightening rounds presentation entitled "Effect of Dupilumab on Pulmonary Vascular Volume in Asthma" in the MSc category.
Dr. Nadia Milad, who works alongside Dr. Jeremy Hirota, won first place for her lightening rounds presentation entitled "Impact of Cannabis on Lung Immune Health" in the PhD category.
